Tortas Ahogadas El Charly

We tried the torta de carnitas, the carnitas were very soft and had an excellent flavor. It is the first time that we tried this time of tortas ahogadas and they had a bar so that the sauce could be placed according to taste. What we did not like is that the sauce is cold or it was cold And the cake was not hot and the bread was too hard, I suppose that with the sauce it softens but it seems warmer. We ate some simple golden potato, carnitas and cottage cheese taquitos and they were crunchy but the tacos had too much oil that oil still came out when bitten. They have pork legs and little leathers that they mentioned were tanned (vinegar) I really didn't like them since they had no flavor or salt. I do not recommend it They also use their hand to serve and not a pair of tongs. The table area is clean.
