Restaurant bewertenI am a tourist and I was in her facility to buy a sandwich and I was visited by a worker who said he was the manager of the load, without a uniform and no identification, with a blouse and dirty clothes for a work environment! I was in tune with 2 friends waiting to place my order, and when we were already in tune with his pre-emptive look, because we spoke in another language. when it was my turn, I asked about everything right, although he didn't speak 100% English when he asked me grudgingly how many sandwiches I wanted and I didn't listen because he didn't want to work visibly and served us with a super-biased look, he called with me and asked how many sandwiches I wanted to scream in the middle of the load! I was super embarrassed and felt terrified with all his imagination. I decided that I didn't want it anymore and said I'd talk to the manager and he told me that the manager wouldn't understand what I would say. I was wthis situar aiting continued my journey at the market door at the camppad because it rained and he left the load and came with the phone so that I could talk to his manager. I don't even know who I was talking to, but I felt really bad and embarrassing about this whole situation. this situation happened on the subway roosevelt blv. at walmart clearwater fl, he even took several pictures of me without my permission. I will look for my right, because I have never participated so badly in a facility and so incapable of managing a person.
The only person that was at subways making the food was great. I felt bad for her that she was alone, especially at lunch time.
Terrible. Their card reader is down a lot. Which means i can’t use my coupons and my mobile scanner for rewards.There is always only one worker, with a line. Workers are nice however there is this one male worker who took forever chitchatting with the customer ahead of me. It’s ok to be friendly but really? He also looked dirty and very off like he was on something.
Disgusting!! From the food to the people that work here! Spoke to “manager” Shelly and she was very rude. I called SIX times in a row to cancel my order because I meant to order from a different location NOT this one. Once I finally got ahold of someone, “manager” Shelly. she was so rude and first thing she said on the phone without giving me a chance to speak “I can’t hear you our phones breaking up” and continued to hang the phone up on me. I like subway but this location makes it looks bad. DO BETTER
I visited the Subway in Walmart on Roosevelt Blvd in Largo on Sunday March 13th and the employee did not acknowledge me at all standing waiting for service when the previous customer left and proceed to count her tip jar. I waived to her and informed her that I was standing there for a while and she informed me I just have to wait she need to count her drawer. I replied that I will continue to let her count her drawer and turned to leave when was rand yelled to me cant you see I'm the only one here. I turned and informed her I didn't care that I'm still a customer. The employee started yelling bye bye and advising me to leave her store and called for security and caused a big scene. The employee also called the police as she was the one causing a ruckus in the store, but It was clearly racial motivated that she caused the scene and called the police on me. This person needs extreme customer service training and for the big incident she caused and calling me unruly customer, need to be terminated this is definitely not a good look for Subway and she is a liability for sure.
