Tacos are not done individually, they are just thrown together. They place tortillas on grill soaked with grease and they just throw the meat on it; just transfer the entire greasy flop to the tray. The Panchos had chorizo on them and they did not put that detail to the menu. They were also thrown together with meat on top but 85% of chips had nothing on them. The Frijoles Rancheros had like 8 actual beans and it was mostly a damn soup. If they didnt have beans left, why would they still charge and deliver a beanless soup. They just didnt care. Overall, there needs to be more pride in their work and care for how it comes out. Somthing happened 2 years ago, and it hasn been the same. Im sure they can bring it back with some leadership, accountability and actual care.

I recently tried the best beans in Laredo that I have had in a long time!

A mixed experience for my first time. Ordered the pollo villa, which was grilled chicken over avocado. Also had a pirata. All of the food was delicious. I felt the size of the chicken plate was relatively small for the price. What was strange is that I wassevered this plate with no utensils. Not sure if this was on purpose or the waitress simply forgot to give them to me. And sinceshe never checked on me during my meal I couldn?t ask. I scooped up the chicken and avocado with tortillas and a few of thechips. Also, I don?t like that I am given (and of course had to pay for) bottled water. The pirata was also tasty and the salsaprovided were nice and spicy. Overall I enjoyed the meal and will come back to try other things from the menu.
