I get most of my food products from LIDL, including the ingredients for the food in the photo. I love the value and options available.

Unfortunately we were hit by racism. My family were the only black people in the store which is not good bad or indifferent. There had to be a jam packed store that day of managers. Everyone had on a lidl shirt. Welp everywhere my husband went, a manager happened to be following him. So intentionally he went down an aisle separate from me and my daughter not once, twice, or three times and each time he was met with a big dude in a lidl shirt. And no it wasn’t to help him ?. The gentleman wasn’t holding merchandise or trying to hide that he was following my husband around the store. He even followed us after check out and hung by the entrance until we got to our cars. Distasteful, disgusted, hurt, and other words I cannot find the words to articulate.

Wanted to give four stars, gave five. Location is poor, financially and geographically speaking, so the cost of a nutrition free plan store with food assistance was and still is very discouraging and expensive against extreme real estate development expansion! The service is alright once you figure out the language and dialogue between you and the atmosphere for automated check out or old fashioned way. A wallet killer with these six star cuisine options and organic ingredients, but with the brand of Lidl; it is win some, loose some.
