Bagelworks - Lansdale

You really needed this! I've been visiting this place for many years, and I won't sugarcoat it—the food was the only reason I hesitated to come back. Before the owner's son took over, the restaurant was worn out and gave off a grimy vibe. The service was lacking, and the overall atmosphere felt disconnected. However, now the environment is much brighter, alongside improvements in both the food and service. The dishes are fantastic, featuring exciting new flavors for coffee and bagels. The prices are amazing, and the entire place has undergone significant enhancements. I highly recommend giving this place another shot if you had a negative experience in the past. It’s a new and improved bagel shop that Lansdale has come to love!

The cleanliness of the space has been criticized by many, but I didn’t find it as bad as some reviews suggested. The service was not overly friendly, but it wasn’t insulting or indifferent either. Ultimately, I gave it 4 stars because the bagels are excellent, which is the most important factor in my evaluation.
