Restaurant bewertenI paid $60 for this terrible bag. My daughter took up 8/8/2022. If I had picked up, I would have looked at the size and slipped out. The clusters were small, everything was tasteless. I asked for a sharp taste. Needs a star, waste of money
My boys wanted seafood after 8 hours. I wanted it to go, but we ate in. We sat on a window. It wasn't busy so I assumed that they wanted people to sit off a window for advertising?. I had Catfish platter and hush puppies, it was too much food for me and it was served hot and fresh. I wish they had honey butter for the hush puppies. My boys had the boiling w/shrimp crabs legs and corn. Add a sausage, but didn't like it. I have to say that the corn and crab legs were soft and mushy, had not expected that when I sample my guys food. They didn't complain, and the food just went when I tasted it. The guys were filled? Our server was nice and attentive. Would I have read the reviews before we had eaten there???????? Overall, my bill was $100 for the 3 of us, I didn't get a detailed receipt, it seemed like a beautiful place and we didn't get sick. PTL?
That was my first order from Hook and Reel. I was notified that my order would be ready at 2:34. I came at 2:30 and the staff who were all pleasant and helpful) let me know that my order was still prepared. No problem, I knew I was a little early. I'm waiting patiently. After about 10 minutes, one of the employees went to check a young lady) on my order. After returning, the young lady said they were still working on my order. At that time I began to wonder if something was wrong because many people came, including door Dash drivers, and get food and leave there. Then I checked twice to make sure they had my name right and order number. She confirmed and pointed to the ticket with my name. All the time, I'll make sure the young lady can see that I've been waiting for my order. It was now 2:55 and my order was not ready. So it seemed. I stood up from where I sat on the entrance and a young man who also worked on the front told me you're still here.? I answered yes and he asked me my name and went by to see if my order was ready. Apparently my order was there for 10-15 minutes and the young lady didn't know she had taken my order out of the kitchen. Fortunately, the food was still warm. I appreciate the young man who checked me and realized I was there for a while. My wife and I both have a crab chef. Unfortunately, my wife were muscles and shrimps over boiled and lack of taste. She ordered it sharply. She liked the crab. As for my meal, the snow crab legs were good. My shrimps were boiled. Maize, potatoes and hard boiled egg were okay. I had the garlic butter sauce. It was strange, there was hardly a taste of butter or garlic, although there was a lot of sauce. I really wanted this to be a good meal for us. I've never cooked a crab that had no taste. I would like to repeat that the staff was pleasant and responsive with the Mishap waiting for my food. Unfortunately, the food was not good and we will not return.
The food was amazing, the waiters were super and beautiful and it was not packed. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. My friend ordered lobsters and it was gummy and tasted funny. He got sick, but the prices were very high. Overall amazing food and service next to the lobster!
We had the most amazing experience with Isis. She gave us suggestions and we are sitting here stuffed. We are trying to figure out how to make more room. My friend had the flounder basket. She said it was flavorful and light, even though it was fried. I had the shrimp and the New Zealand ?? mussels. It is super yummy and I?m trying to find room in my tummy ?. The food is delicious but the customer service deserves 10 stars ??. Thank you for a great experience with my friends ??.
