Villa San Marco - Langueux

Great food and friendly and informed staff. The dishes were homemade with an authentic and traditional feel.

I had a wonderful dinner here whilst I was on holiday in Brittany recently. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The base, the tomato sauce, the cheese, the toppings everything was divine. All at what I thought was a very reasonable price. The owners and service staff were so lovely very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel completely relaxed and at home. This is a gem of a restaurant in Langueux. I cannot recommend highly enough!

It was such a shame that this restaurant disappointed us. The food is good with fresh pasta and lovely pizzas but over 100 euros for a one course family meal is excessive. We hadn't reserved a table so were informed we would have to eat outside which was absolutely fine and the waitress was polite. The manager however was an abrupt lady and I would say to anyone visiting go a few doors across the square to the Bistro where you will get better value, better food and lovely staff!

General opinion confirmed! Extra on all levels; delicious and hearty. Too bad this enchanting place is left soon. To be recommended!

We popped in here on a weeknight, we hadn't booked and they were full, but happily seated us outside. We ordered a pizza and a pasta. Both came quickly and were delicious. Obviously a lot of thought has gone into the dishes, and the pizza dough is definitely to be recommended. The staff spoke a little English and were very helpful in our deciphering the menu. Both the manager and her staff were friendly throughout the meal and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely visit here again if we're in the area.
