Kfc - Lancaster

The restaurant was good. I was able to get a bowl that I haven't had in years since KFC left my town. I mainly went there for chicken and cole slaw, but they were out of slaw, which is why I gave them 4 stars only. It was really disappointing. The restaurant is mostly just a drive through, but the staff was good. Anyone who knows KFC knows they love their chicken.

It appears that this restaurant consistently makes mistakes with orders. I always seem to be missing something when I visit. For example, I ordered fries instead of mashed potatoes, but still received mashed potatoes. Additionally, I requested a sweet tea that never came, even though it was listed on my receipt. I am disappointed that this is the only KFC location near me. Please improve your service.

Went in Friday around 6. People were not friendly and were speaking Spanish to each other. This is America. Speak English. You can speak Spanish on your own time. Service was okay but they forgot my gravy. I won't be back.

Drive through was steady. Clear speaking voice. Meals were hot.

Was good ,got me a bowl which due to KFC leaving my town haven't had in years. .mainly went there to get chicken n Cole slaw but wee out of slaw hence the 4 stars only . Really depressing. .but one of the small mostly just drive though and staff was good. .so anyone.knkws KFC knows they love their chicken. .
