Restaurant bewertenWe were coming for lunch on a Sunday after church and had a wonderful meal! I really can't say enough about the lady who waited on our table! Not only did she take good care of us, helped me a gluten free patron with my order but she went out of her way to help us with our grandson who is a baby and suggested several things that helped us to have a wonderful experience there that day.
After a VERY disappointing attempt to dine elsewhere (with reservations that required what would have been an additional hour's wait at Lancaster's Bonefish Grill , we had a WONDERFUL Mother's Day dinner experience at Carrabba's! Christina, our server, was attentive, accurate and quick. In a complete contrast to our previous location, we watched a great bus staff scan empty tables and turn them over quickly and efficiently for new customers, big smiles to clientele from everyone, and a meal that was awesome! Fast, courteous services (pat on the back, Christina! , excellently managed front of the house and superb kitchen. Thank you!!!
Vern from Lancaster location is awesome! Me and my husband are kid free tonight and Vern made our dine in experience even better! He introduced himself and asked if we wanted a walk through of the menu. He went through each page and suggested different meals he really liked. I never had a waiter so genuine and passionate to strive to make his customers feel welcomed. He is super genuine and passionate about people! Great service.
Ordered the featured Spaghetti Carbonara with Grilled Chicken. The chicken was very good. The Carbonara was unfit to eat. When the waitress asked how the food was, I told her the same, that the chicken was good, but the sauce tasted awful, like it was a watered-down soupy alfredo (didn 't even mention that I could almost swear that the bacon in the sauce was actually bacon bits, like those for salads). Her response was yeah I know , with a smile, like it was an amusing and acceptable thing. Then said sorry about that. No offer to take it back, to advise a manager, or to replace with another dish. After 1 bite, I left the entire meal, excluding the chicken, uneaten and pushed aside on the table. The waitress then asked me I wanted to take it home. I took a deep breath and said no thanks, I didn 't want it (thinking that I had been pretty clear about that just moments earlier when I said that it wasn 't fit to eat and tasted awful). Paid the bill left. Lesson learned. Will most likely visit another Carabba 's, but elsewhere, and will surely avoid the carbonara.
I've never been at a restaurant with such a hostile working environment. The kitchen staff are the rudest people I've ever meet, yelling at their coworkers aggressively. The wait staff is amazing. My chicken parm came out perfect. The pasta dish was completely hard. Will go to another location. Brad was the worst offender. Manager was amazing and accommodating.
