The Shinano bun was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and have a pleasant smile, which brightens my morning.

The selling point of this Costa is the kindness, warmth and friendliness of the staff. I was very impressed as my first time visiting this branch.

As always, the customer service from Asifa was beyond compare! She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. And great coffee too.

it is a costa, so you know what to expect, but they have many tables and decent service, a good place to work for a bit or just take a drink.
