Restaurant bewertenAfter thinking we had everything, we sat down and I noticed my dad was still missing his hash brown from the combo. I went back to let them know, and the staff member asked me who had served me. I really don't understand how I'm supposed to remember that, especially since I never got a receipt. Another staff member approached with a bad attitude, stating we were missing a hash brown and that they would get it. To make things worse, my dad ordered a tea double-double but received coffee instead. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food.
The manager here is incredibly rude, and they're often out of nearly everything. Each time I visit, it seems like they're running low. For instance, when I went in at 1:30, there were no biscuits left. When I asked why they hadn't prepared more, the manager dismissively responded that "that's not how we do it here." This implies that they don't monitor their stock and make adjustments as needed. As a former baker at Tim Hortons, I know that keeping items freshly made is not difficult, so it's baffling that the manager allows this situation to continue. Overall, this is the second-worst Tim Hortons location in London.
The staff really gets to know their customers and remembers their orders. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders—though they did forget a hash brown once, they quickly resolved it with an apology, which I appreciated. Linda and her team are incredibly nice. My only complaint is that I wish they were open on Sundays!
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, the food is always fresh, and they consistently prepare orders on time. This is my favorite Tim's!
The coffee was terrible, and the service was unwelcoming. Additionally, the shop was quite dirty.
