Woodstock Bbq - Lakewood

Woodstocks BBQ is a hidden gem! We stopped here while out on a motorcycle ride with a party of 7. The staff was so amazingly nice and accommodating to our size and needs. Everyone in the group ordered something different and no one had anything negative to say. I will absolutely be back to try some of their other offerings. Our server had mentioned that they make everything in house which makes me much more willing to support since it's from scratch dishes. If you are a BBQ fan and haven't been here then you are missing out BIG TIME!

They have the best barbecue around here! I really enjoy their smoked wings and their baked beans are my absolute favorite. They also have amazing mac cheese and the cornbread is surprisingly sweet and decadent. I highly recommend getting a combination platter so you can try a variety of items. It's well worth the splurge. Also, be sure to try their sauce varieties, you won't be disappointed. I recommend them to anyone looking for restaurant suggestions in the Lakewood area. The only downside is that they have very limited parking. This is a common issue in Lakewood though. Overall this place is great and their prices are reasonable for the portions and quality.

I visited yesterday June 6th as a first timer. I set at the bar and explained to the bartender it was my first time and asked for recommendations. I ordered the jalapeño stuffed peppers (which were stuffed bell peppers) and the two meat plater. I ordered the brisket, ribs, baked beans and corned bread. The ribs and corned bread were by far my favorite. The brisket was dry and tuff and lacked flavor. The drinks were good and the bartender was extremely nice and welcoming.

Great BBQ and decent beer selection as well. Order yourself some wings and a 40-ounce and have a good timeFood: 5/5
