Central Hotel Bistro - LAKES ENTRANCE

Just had the most Devine risotto with pork belly and beetroot. I am a bit of a risotto critic and the flavours and balance were perfect. My complements to the head chef who created this recipe and staff who delivered exceptionally!!!!

The food is excellent, very fresh, and the service is quick with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I have the chicken parmigiana at most hotels we go to and we must say the Parma here is up there with the best and possibly be the best

We had an amazing dinner tonight! The batter on the flake was fantastic: thin and crispy crisp! Very satisfied! All around great experience!
