Taco Bell - Lakeland

Chicken wasn't good and they had no biscuits. The cashier didn't tell me until I was at the window. Then, I almost pulled off and noticed he didn't give me my drink. I blew my horn but they didn't hear me. So I ended up getting out of the car and bamming on the window to get their attention.

I ordered the 12 piece crispy chicken withv3 sides. I love 17 minutes away from this restaurant. When I got home I had no gravy for any of the mashed potato's. I drive backvfor the gravy and I want compensated at all. I get home and served my food but the chicken wasn't crispy it was either over fried or fried more than once. It was impossible to eat, past crunchy. I won't go here again.

Love their chicken quesadillas.The service was fast and efficient.

When we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed, inside. I understand that this is typical of an almost food connection around the evening meal, but the service we received was the hands down the worst that I have ever received! the young who took our order failed to inform us that they were from dark meat before that charged us for the meal combos containing dark carnivores. he didn't even give me the cup for my drink, he just put it on the counter. comes back 10 minutes later with only 1 of the 3 ordered meal times, calls out our order (as if it were our entire order, which is ready to go) she puts on the counter w/out, which there was either 1 of us and again walks away to work on another customer order! if we finally get his attention, only then he tells us that they were out dark meat already that there would be another 15 minutes ago my friend politely asked if he were the 3 wraps that were now cold soggy, if the rest of the order was ready to freshly dismantle the child under his breath, snore the bag of my friend without remaking them, put them in the bag with my hot combo meal another 30 minutes later.

Can never get a command right. they either miss a sosse at the side or lay someone other half order with my order. I asked for the food with honey and the bag had no honey, but had a chicken sandwich and two chalupas and cinnamon twist. I tried their attention and the lady always told me to move so I left. I'm just going out of need.
