Mcdonald's - Lakeland

I was here this morning at 9:30. that was by far the best I had at mcdonald. the team worked very efficiently. from the time I moved into the parking lot until the time I went was about 3 minutes.

This McDonald's use to be good, now some of the employees AND the Manager was rude. I for one will not go to this McDonald's again. My Big Mac was all over the box that it came in, the fries and apple pie was cold. The owner needs to tighten up there employees. Sometimes just a thanks for coming can go a long way.

Got our orders wrong, asked and paid for certain stuff on it and to take others off and didn't get any of it. Christmas tree and Easter decorations are still up in April. Staff are very nice and it's clean

McDonald's was amazing. Great staff. I had a quarter pounder with cheese, added Mac sauce large ff and a coke. Beautiful atmosphere! Hometown classic.

I had ordered food and waited a long enough time. When I hade gotten my food it was cold and my fries weren't made properly. I had spoken to one of the workers and she said that they were short on staff.
