Restaurant bewertenPicked up two iced coffees and the girl at the register was rude. She also ignored me when I tried to ask a question, she looked directly at me while I was waving her down and she walked away and turned her back to me. The girl that brought our iced coffees was extremely nice. I wanted to tell the first girl that I needed a decaf coffee due to heart palpitations but she ignored me. The second girl was extremely nice about it and she gladly made my new drink for me. I am knocking off a star for service for that first gal and I hope management puts a more accommodating person in the customer service window.
Worst customer service, the girl taking my order was talking to her young son on cell phone speaker at the same time. Needless to say my coffee was full of grinds. Total waste of money. and this wasn't the first time I experienced poor service. whoever owns this establishment needs to pay attention to who they're hiring and it's obvious they need some type of training. and if you can't get good help, set up self-service! This is why I make coffee at home but it's a shame you can't get one decent cup of coffee at this location.
No idea how this Dunkin is still operating. They're constantly out of things. Milk, coffee, donuts, decaf coffee, straws, napkins, etc. The wait is also super long sometimes whether they're empty or packet. It's wild.
