Franchise owners steal tips from employees. Why do you even ask for tips? You should pay your staff a living wage and not depend on customers to pay your staff. Personal revenue in this place is amazing. I don't think someone is well treated by their employees, and now it has been confirmed that they steal the tips - an illegal practice. Don't go here.
