Everyone knows about Tim Hortons Roulette in BC, you never get what you order it could be anything! I like to order the cheapest breakfast item, that way I almost always get an upgrade. I also ask, Oh? Where's my hashbrown and regardless if...I ordered one, or if theres already one in the bag, they usually throw in a hashbrown. No one has any clue what's going on, and most barely speak English. Instead of being grumpy, just get free hashbrown! Dont let the system be rigged against you.

Tim Hortons coffee is great and I always find the food, albeit snack based, OK. If you’re in a hurry, their breakfast rolls beat other fast food hands down.

Your staff is rude at the Saskatoon Saskatchewan Lawson heights mall Tim horton’S, they never have any thing like yesterday I wanted a muffin and they didn’t have any and today I wanted eggs on my breakfast wrap and they DIDNT HAVE ANY EGGS!!! This...is unexeptable....next time I’ll go to McDonald’s...and you staff is rude af they need hearing aids cause I clearly asked for no cheese cause I’m allergic and there was cheese and also who asks for milk and half cream...like I said milk and have sweet...RUDE my dad works for the Canadian food inspection agency and you should expect a visit from them soon!!!

Service and good food is what you get here. Try the drive through which is accessible by the side street that goes towards River Street.
