Mcdonald's - Lake Zurich

This McDonalds has the best customer service, you are treated more like a friend that's visiting rather than just a customer by ALL that work there, ESPECIALLY by the man named Angel who mostly works the drive-thru! He is more than just a pleasant fixture at this McDonalds, he's a breath of fresh air!! Also, the food is hot fresh honestly I MUCH RATHER PREFER this McDonalds over the one next to Mariano's! You won't be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: A new re-built Playland for the kids

Horrible service when i was at the window to pay the lady would not hold the payer closer to me and told me “were going to be here all day im not moving” when i told her i couldn’t reach and was disrespectful. She laughed at me when i asked for a receipt i will be contacting cooperate about my experience .

I love how they don't want people in the dining room.After standing at the register for 5 minutes the manager finally took my order and said I should go through the drive thru

Order was not perfect. Wrong breakfast sandwich and no ketchup on bag.

Not sure what it is about this location but it's so good. I havent eaten mcdonalds in 30 years but somehow I've become a regular (once every week or two. I've limited the deliciousness down to the fries and double or triple cheeseburgers. No mustard. No pickles. Extra onions for texture and regular mayo. Try it. Soooo good. Everything else I've tried is pretty standard.
