Restaurant bewertenOrdered the antipasto charcuterie platter as an appetizer which was very good! Loved the variety. The filet mignon beef kabobs were delicious as usual and will always be a favorite.
Amazing establishment. The workers were kind, talkative and friendly. They made great recommendations and everything I tried was amazing. I did enjoy the aesthetic and the stained glass, but the food was amazing. I would recommend the Braised Lamb, French onion soup, and sorbet. Can't wait to return. Wonderful wine/bourbon selection as well.
Really wanted to like it. Food was so-so. Med-Rare steak was medium-well and cold. Nothing had much flavor except salty.Staff was hard to find and spent half our visit looking for wait staff. I assume they're under staffed. Have been there in the past and it wasn't like this. I'll try again in a few months.
Cozy, old-world feel. However, the reuben I had was probably one of the worst. And I love reubens! First of all, a reuben is as much about the sauerkraut as it is the meat. So why serve it in a way that make you have to search to even check if the kraut exists on the sandwich? And why give me an attitude when I pointed this out and asked for extra kraut? And second, how old is the meat when it tastes like it was boiled in bleach? I wondered why I was the only person there during the height of the lunch hour. I drive past this restaurant 3 to 4 times a week and had high hopes again for a restaurant that failed in providing even one of the most basic sandwiches. Based on that only, 1 star for the food, but 5 stars for the ambiance.
Best Lamb Shank I've ever had! Outstanding! Our server was excellent and everybody is friendly. Always enjoy my experience at Bacchus Nibbles!
