Pizza Hut - Lake Saint Louis

Please find a way to give accurate pick-up times. I won't be back. I wait an hour after ordering a supplier eating a piece of pizza with the prescription girl. lesbians.

I ordered a supreme pizza. I added extra onions, peppers, and extra cheese. I paid 7 dollars mor for the additional items. When I got the pizza home it was a plain supreme without any of the extras. I don’t like paying for anything I do not receive!!! Why does this Pizza Hut feel they can cheat you out of what you pay for? For this reason I will never use this store again and will consider other restaurant choices in the future other than Pizza Hut. I don’t mind paying for what I order but absolutely despise being cheated or taken advantage of.

Called to find out if this location had a special rate for classrooms since my class was having our Christmas party. I spoke to a lady who called herself the general manager. She was very rude. Long story short, she hung up on me. I called Dominos. They were super friendly and were more than willing to help us out. Thank you Dominos for supporting your local schools!!!

This time when I walked in to pick up my pizza, no one came out to wait on me. I stood there for a while, just to see how long it would take to have someone acknowledge me. A lady, possibly a manager, walked in the door and asked if I had been taken care of. I told her no and she had someone come up to the front. I got my order with only a quick sorry and the amount owed from the gal. No thank you or anything. When I got home the pizza was wrong. I called to tell them. She asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. When I came to pick it up she asked about the order. I told her it had been remade. Again, not a word was said after that. No thank you, sorry for the mistake or anything. We order from this Pizza Hut probably once a month and have never had such poor service or unfriendly staff. Mistakes will happen but it was not our fault.

I ordered 2 large pizzas 3 toppings and bread sticks for like $39. The pizza was bland and dry! Thank goodness for water! I remember when pizza hut was the best thing in town. So disappointed in my purchase.
