Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

My first time here, so I got the sampler for $6. That?s quite a deal for 4 scoops of premium ice cream. My favorite so far is the black cherry. The chocolate peanut butter was good too. The salty caramel truffle was ok, but disappointing. And the vanilla brownie was so-so. I will definitely be back to try some more new flavors!

Can't say enough about this place! The ice cream--just delicious! Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and never got flustered with the crowds. The lines are long but so totally worth it! The strawberry cheesecake is--chef kiss--delicious! The sign out front says it's the best ice cream in the world. They do not exaggerate.

Went here before and I cannot explain it, but there is something different about their ice cream and I can't put my finger on it. Every flavor is just delightful....and there are a lot to choose from! I'm not the person that has to buy a certain brand of ice cream (i.e. Bluebell ...I could care less...or buy the generic, store brand. But like I said, this is the one ice cream shop that sets itself apart. Whenever I go I get a quart. You can get a scoop, two, three, a pint, a quart, a milkshake, malt or other combinations. The people are very nice. I went last week and got 4 pints (and a quart for myself ???? for my cousin's birthday. I live further away now, but I made a special trip and drove the hour and a half back just to surprise her.

Some of the best ice cream I ever had. Large scoops for the money. You need to try a shake at least once because they are looked over but extremely good.

My favorite human introduced me to this place. I got upside pineapple cake ice cream on a cone. Memorable day for me because of my company, but also great ice cream. It tasted like love and tears! Will definitely come back ??
