Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lake Forest

You can almost expect to get the same quality, the same taste and an efficient service day out. This is the recipe for a successful fast food business and no wonder that it holds a huge market share with much higher potentials. Maybe one day they serve beer and wine to Cheers!

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to go in general and this particular location is quite fantastic. Their location is pretty good and I'm always able to get in during lunchtime without issue. The staff is on top of things and the line moves quick every time I've been there. They even have a nice outdoor eating area when the weather is tolerable. And once you're done eating you're already in a great shopping center for your other needs.

This restaurant has a fantastic location. You can use their app to place your order ahead of time and pick it up without any interaction, or you can go through the line and watch your meal being prepared. While parking can be a bit of a hassle, it’s only a minor inconvenience. However, I am updating my review to one star due to their poor online customer service, which makes resolving issues extremely difficult. The location itself is fine, but the company's approach is outdated. Their online ordering system is frustrating, especially when trying to apply fundraising benefits for my daughter’s school. I wasted over an hour on their Pepper app chatting with a live representative but didn’t get any solutions. They always promised that someone from the fundraising team would reach out to me, but that has yet to happen.

The food was delicious, my order was accurate, and it was prepared right on schedule.

Excellent service and impeccably clean. The portions are generous. The staff is friendly and experienced. I'm happy to drive a little farther to visit this location.
