Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lake Forest

This restaurant has a fantastic location. You can use their app to place your order ahead of time and pick it up without any interaction, or you can go through the line and watch your meal being prepared. While parking can be a bit of a hassle, it’s only a minor inconvenience. However, I am updating my review to one star due to their poor online customer service, which makes resolving issues extremely difficult. The location itself is fine, but the company's approach is outdated. Their online ordering system is frustrating, especially when trying to apply fundraising benefits for my daughter’s school. I wasted over an hour on their Pepper app chatting with a live representative but didn’t get any solutions. They always promised that someone from the fundraising team would reach out to me, but that has yet to happen.

The food was delicious, my order was accurate, and it was prepared right on schedule.
