Mike's Chicken Shack - Lake Dallas

Got to try their Thai wings at the Truck Stop in The Colony last weekend and they are bangers, the fries are on point too, both cooked and seasoned perfectly. You won't go wrong with these guys. Definitely going to try and recreate it (unsuccessfully)since I only make it up to Dallas once or twice a year.

As a small business owner I find it extremely important to share good experiences that I have with other business owners. Being that you add to that I?m a chicken wing lover, I felt it imperative to share my experience about this gem. Not only is the Thaichicken wing the literal best I?ve ever had... the staff and owner is just as high quality as the wings. I?d rate them higher ifGoogle allowed it. His fries are superb and the wings are no less than the best. I?ll have to find him again just to enjoy thesewings. Thanks again for the wings and the hugs at a baseball game on Sunday!
