Don't even know where to start. Upon walking in, I noticed the place was quite dirty. The white chocolate always been my go to flavor but it was not in stock. I politely asked if I could try another flavor being I'd never tried it. I was told they don't allow samples bc people eat a bunch of samples and leave. I explained I just wanted a small try, and we're going to purchase. Again told that the Mgr doesn't allow it. Give me a break! Headed to Sweet Frog which had 15 people in there. This dump had none. I can see why.....

Their was a BIG roach in my ice cream. Not just your average roach. It was hairy and I took a bite not knowing and it tasted like cheese. A lawsuit will be necessary. I’m in absolute discust. It’s a shame.

I had my first cappuccino chiller today and it was delicious!

Good selection and service. always a great experience here.
