Chuck E. Cheese - Lake Charles

Had my Beautiful granddaughter 1st Birthday Party at Chuck E. Cheese. They had decorations, but we were allow to bring in and do our own decorations. Being that we were going for Minnie Mouse. The employees were nice and very helpful. The Manager, who I spoke with was very professional,kind snd answer any questions or concerns I had. She made sure our tables was available on time. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese, You Guys Rock!!!

Still have all the same games but I really enjoyed the pizza. It was amazing. Me and my son an live on pizza so when we get to ejoy a good pizza, nothing else matters ????????

Chuck e Cheese is just not what it use to be. The games at this location were very limited if not mostly not working and out of order, I guesstimate around 50% of them ?worked?. I do not know how they calculate the tickets won but they are pretty greedy with them, or possibly just make up an amount. My nephew played for 2 hours and only won 150 tickets and it was his birthday, I played for 45 minutes with my two year old and somehow won 350 tickets. Their math is off. With the 350 tickets I got a 5 cent pair of plastic glasses and two 10 cent airhead candies. I say don?t waste your time or money for mediocre entertainment at best and cheap prizes (if you can get enough tickets) For the money spent you can order tons of the same prizes from Oriental Trading Co.

The young people who work there are so friendly, polite, funny and helpful and they really love their job. Chuck e cheese is happy to let so big people work in their lake charles crew. it is so refreshing to see people who dedicate themselves to their jobs and make the customers positive experiences. I think they all deserve a raise!

Children love it there! I suggest you bring her. my big daughter has a hit!
