Restaurant bewertenIdeally located between Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, it is one of four Disney hotels that allow walking to either theme park.Although the architecture and design scream 1970s Las Vegas, the renovated interior and lobby are beautifully executed. The hotel does not feature Disney themes like most other resorts do, but the rooms are clean and functional (bathrooms are claustrophobic). The strongest points are in what the hotel offers:Pool and SpaFuel is a great breakfast spot right in the lobby.Blue Zoo and Shula's are excellent dining destinations for those who are tired of turkey legs and hot dogs.Personally we prefer the nearby Yacht Club and Beach Club resorts (also within walking distance of the lagoon/river system that connects the aforementioned theme parks), but the Swan Dolphin offer a great option and (by Disney standards) great value.???
My room had 2 balconies, it was clean and comfortable. Service was lovely all around the resort. My only complaint is that the restaurants on location are hella expensive and good food is hard to find. The boardwalk is beautiful! Also, make sure to shut the patio doors properly if you don’t want to have unwanted guests in the room with you ? (see photos)
Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in. If you’re Platinum or higher with Marriott you get to pick your welcome gift at the Fuel market in the lobby. The beds we’re comfortable and the a/c was very cold. The only downside is the resort fee and parking charge which adds about $70 a day to the nightly rate.
I stayed and need to write a complaint Does anyone one know the hotel email as I logged on the website and no response? Doesn’t seem a way to do this easily We stayed in a room that had no extractor and discovered mould in the shower. I will share the letter I wrote 2 weeks ago and no response but need an email for management please
We mainly stayed here for early access to Epcot. We only had one day at the park and want to make the most of it. The hotel is expansive and neighbors Swan. All our Uber drivers had to be redirected to Dolphin vs Swan but I think that’s an Uber map issue. The quick service cafe in the lobby was helpful but can get crowded. The room was nice and cool and well appointed. We had a view of the water which worked well for viewing of the fireworks. The ferry just behind the hotel runs frequently. We arrived at 8:20 and guests with early access were already being let in. The line for Ratatouille was over an hour wait. The ride had a delayed start but we were given a lightning pass for later which was appreciated This is our favorite ride at the park. So we tried to end our day with another ride but it broke down over an hour before closing and sadly we were turned away. We had a late flight home but easily stored our luggage for free at the bell service desk. Then took the shuttle to Disney Springs to watch a movie to stay cool and kill time. Easy peasy. In summary a great stay for early Epcot access. Also the rate we got was reasonable I think because there was some construction but it was barely noticeable and we were unaffected.
