Restaurant bewertenWe walked and went and went in a not super friendly atmosphere that was closer to the water, they only got to find paper on the windows and a to sell sign on the building.
Eating was okay, nothing special. too expensive for what we have. interiors downstairs looked beautiful. on the balcony above was the most beautiful. the balcony itself looked down. many fixed with cable ties. must be new again.
Seafood stuff was best I ever had. fresh fish, whistle, garnel. excellent. not expensive. owner was very gracious.
This place is worthy of a visit with magnificent views of the waterfront ask for place at outside 1st floor terrace Staff are friendly yet do mind place drops bread, olives and cheese on the table without asking comes with a moderate price Can recommend...the specialty of the house, fish stew with rice, really tasty and plentiful of fresh fish, prawns and more mildly spicy and with garlic Prices are moderate and written down on boards entering the restaurant Staff Atmosphere Food Drinks Price/Quality
Restaurant is nice and the chef is really dressed like a captain. What is strange, that they don't have a menu with prices. That almost made us leave. In the beginning the service was a bit slow- but improved. The personal was also very friendly and helpful. They only serve two dishes; a fish stew and a steak (both 15€)Both were very good and the stew really an experience.Even people who don't like fish can eat it.We were absolutely convinced. They also have a pineapple cake a chocolate mouse. Both also ver y deliciousPrices are relatively high for the azores , but we thought it to be fair for the quality. Recommendable and definitely worth a visit.
