Antonino's - Lagoa

We have been holidaying in Caramujeira for years but had never been to this restaurant despite passing within most days. We went in on a Friday night and had a nice meal. The restaurant is very large and with hard surfaces, was a bit...noisy and slightly lacking in atmosphere despite being nicely set up. However, the food was good (we had the sole with fruits which was lovely and swordfish respectively). We agreed we'll return next year and sit outside in the covered area which was nice and sheltered from the breeze. There is a large car park which is a welcome facility.

This restaurant is within walking distance of the villa we stay in, and we always make sure we visit during our holidays. The times we have visited it has been fairly quiet, but the service and the food is very good. We have tried the...steak, ribs, fish, prawns and have enjoyed them all. It is tucked away in Caramujeira but is well worth a visit!

We found this wonderful place by accident a few years ago and, on each successive trip to the Algarve, it's the restaurant we keep coming back to. Each time we try somewhere in Carvoeiro, it pales by comparison with Antoninos. It really is worth the...effort to travel a little further out of town to get to it. First class freshly cooked food to suit a variety of palates, friendly service and real value for money. You will not be disappointed!

Restaurante excelente, desde o atendimento à confecção das refeições.Comida muito boa. Muito familiar. Localizado no campo algarvio, em perfeita comunhão com a natureza. Recomendo.
