Tortas Food Truck - Lafayette

Stopped into their restaurant for the first time today and let me tell you, I won’t be going to any other Mexican restaurant other than this one! The food is fresh and delicious! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff is friendly. 10/10 recommend!! Definitely my favorite spot in the Lafayette area!

Definitely a step up from taco bell, but still not real tacos. My friend and I stopped by, he ordered asada, I had chorizo, and al pastor tacos. All three of our meats looked the same. I couldn't tell the difference in taste until I found a pineapple in the al pastor tacos ???‍ We couldn't get the shells apart either because they were cooked together instead of individually. Far from hating, because it is a good deal for the money, and the food is decent and the Horchata is good, but not my first choice around town.

Stopped today because I wanted a quick snack.. the tacos were large, fresh, and oh so tasty! I will be back! They were about to close (which I did not realize), but the lady was kind and courteous and professional- it was a great experience and I will definitely go back!!

Best tacos in all of lafayette can’t wait to go back for more!
