I rate this restaurant poorly because the customer service at the Johnston Street location is lacking. They might as well automate the meal distribution and save on staffing costs. The staff member didn’t say a single word when I walked in or during the checkout process—there was no acknowledgment at all, not even a simple thank you.

I enjoy trying out new dining suggestions, so I decided to visit this restaurant. I was hoping for a wide range of options, but instead, I found the refrigerator nearly empty, with only three meals available. The woman at the counter was courteous enough to explain that they would soon be restocking their inventory and that there was a schedule for the increase in options. I chose to try the Texas melt, which featured seasoned ground beef with paprika, topped with shredded cheese. Since I’m currently trying to lose weight, I appreciated seeing the nutritional information on the label. The meal was quite satisfying and only 430 calories!

I have been eating GHM for lunch and dinner for a few weeks now. So far I love every single one I have tried! If you can't order ahead there is the option to just stop in one of their locations and purchase meals out the cooler. You cannot go to a fast food restaurant and eat unhealthy for this price! Fresh, healthy, affordable, convenient, huge variety and delicious! I wish a location would open in Hammond, Louisiana.

I picked up a few today and I was very pleased at how fresh it is....very clean and delicious
