While the initial taste of water may seem minor, it sets the tone for the entire dining experience. Considering 96% of customers typically order water first, investing in a water filtration system would significantly enhance the overall ambiance. Despite this, the service and food were outstanding, warranting three stars for atmosphere. I encourage Fat Pat's to consider upgrading their water quality to elevate the dining experience to the next level.
