Cc's Coffee House - Lafayette

I want to love CC's, truly I do. But the quality is so inconsistent. Just last week I ordered an Espresso No. 22 and I ADORED it. It was seriously one of the tastiest beverages I've had in some time. I go today to get the same thing and it's AWFUL (and the cup wasn't even filled all the way. I hadn't taken a sip of the coffee in my picture, just mixed it up. And sure, maybe that's petty of me to be mad about, but it's a nearly $6 coffee! The feta and spinach croissant pictured is absolutely delightful though, you have to try one of those bad boys, one of the best coffee shop confections I've ever had. And that's the crux of my issue, sometimes CC's is BETTER THAN THE BEST OF EM but sometimes it's REALLY DISAPPOINTING. Idk about y'all, but my gourmet coffee budget isn't too big, so if I'm splurging on a rare treat, I NEED it to be consistently good. My poor little heart can't take the disappointment! That's why I typically go to different coffee shops around Lafayette that I KNOW will deliver. I love you CC's. I know you get busy. But come on man.

I can order the same latte from this location 3 times in a row and it will taste different each time ? the quality of the drinks at this location is SO inconsistent. Its disappointing spending money on a drink just to end up throwing it away because of how awful it is.

Faith took my order. I said I wanted my latte with just one pump of vanilla and light with the milk. It was neither, I ask for another which I never do but I couldn't drink it. She had another made but found a need to explain to me I should have ordered another type of coffee. I felt I was reprimanded at this point. I tried to tell her this is my usual drink. I order this often for years and many shops and never have an issue. Her way was phony and I felt her irritation with me, which makes me not want to visit this CC's again.

What?s the point of paying for a super grande when they just give you a grande size drink in a super grande cup? This location never fills the drinks, and the customer service is subpar

Love this place! Favorite item is the Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie. Super Grande is only 320 Cal. 0 Fat!
