Cafe 20.3 - Lafayette

Yummy. Such a cute friendly place! Food was good good good! Go sit and enjoy!

We like to take our boat out on the river Sunday afternoons. Cafe 20.3 is the only river side dock in town. It was a favorite to stop and have a beer on the deck while on the boat. Now that’s it’s under new ownership we are saddened to see they are now closed on Sundays. It was our favorite stop. Please open back up on Sundays!

Waiter brought drinks, then didn't come take our order for 20 minutes, so we left.

Yesterday I stopped by this cute little place off of University Avenue just before getting to the Evangeline Thruway. I had corn grits and shrimp. It was really good and it was so much I only ate a third of it. I ate the rest for lunch and supper. I'll be back.

They were too busy to be able serve me a cheeseburger for lunch. They couldn't even take a phone in order.
