Aroma - Lackawanna

I enjoyed my visit to Aroma espresso bar. The food was tasty—I had a half steak and cheese melt sandwich along with lentil soup. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was a bit slow, though the staff was friendly. I'd suggest going on a less busy day at the mall, but overall, I'd recommend this place.

Worst service I’ve ever seen.My friend ordered a soup and they said it would be awhile but we were going to sit and do work so it was fine.20 minutes go by and my friend walked to the counter and saw her tray was there and the workers looked at her and didn’t say anything so she sat down again to wait.Then another 20 minutes go by and my friend went up again and asked how much longer for the soup and they said “oh we don’t have that soup”.They let us wait for 40 minutes, saw the tray, saw us waiting, and didn’t think to let us know they didn’t have the item we ordered.They were on their phone almost the whole time too.Won’t be returning!

I experience Very bad service They don't have enough change to give back the customer .they don't even excuse for their mistakes they want give less money. They say they don't take cash even with out put in any sign.

Order was screwed up multiple times and the staff was beyond rude. Coffee they made was basically water. Grilled cheese (for almost $8) looks like it been to hell and back, looks like it’s missing half a sandwich. 2 stars for the fact that I got the refund, would have been 1.
