Firehouse Subs Galaxy Dr. - Lacey

First, we love your subs that you support the firefighters! We came to dinner at 7:15. When we came home (15 minutes drive) our food was wrong. My daughter asked for NO sweet mustard on her Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich, but it was there. And my Italian grilled chicken salad was missing the salami and the cucumbers. It was too far to go back to correct them our order and the girl behind the counter told my daughter when she went into her close soon and asked if we would get it for the exception, so we have. It would be nice to compensate for the problem wrong/missing items.

Easy sub shop chain in lacey. They have plenty of indoor seating. Nice atmosphere. Choose your own adventure drink machine, makes 90's kids suicide drinks more interesting.

First time trying sub sandwiches from this place. Very delicious! The bread was soft, fresh ingredients, and a hearty amount of meat. Definitely better than Subway or Jimmy John?s! I?ll have to come back and try more sandwich varieties.

First, I love what Firehouse Subs stands for and who they support. Order was really poorly made/checked for accuracy, one chili was 1/2 full, other 2/3. Sandwich was ordered with caramelized onions, none on sandwich, pickle spears ordered for both, none received. These items were not ordered during rush hour. Please Firehouse, check your orders.

I?ve had subs before, but for the best hot pastrami sub I?ve ever had in the 51yrs of my life, you?ve gotta try a FireHouse Sub!! As a retired firefighter These guys donate to our local fire departments!! So, not only do you get the best sub of your life, your supporting your local firefighters!! Keep up the great work guys gals, I?ll now be one of your regulars!!
