Del Taco - Lacey

Food is always good problem is the personel. Took to long to get it and we were ignored in the drive through. (We know we were ignored because we could hear the guy talking to someone else because he didn't turn the headset off)Food: 4/5

This place is a joke. Nobody seems to have a clue what they're doing here. A lady here has been waiting a half hour for her order and they are not even talking to her about why it's taking so long. The customer service is terrible. No one can speak above a mumble when they do have to talk to you. I'm glad I just came to use a free milkshake coupon and didn't actually spend any money here.

It was. Well. Different. The employees were lacking work ethic. They didn't want to be working. The food was subpar. Even the bun on the burger just fell pieces crumbling. Everything was lacking in amount and size, especially sauce. Probably one of the most below average restaurants in terms of Del Taco we have been to.Food: 3/5

If I can give 0 stars I would. I came to the dining room about 8:40 PM and the doors were locked. The hours on the door says the dining room closes at 9:00PM. That place lies about their hours. I will not go to this Del Taco or any other Del Taco again. I don't do business with those who are dishonest and who knows what else they are dishonest about. I'm very surprised that they haven't gone out of business. My big advise is to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
