Okay. the most recent review was written almost three years ago, until the date on which I write. all bad said, can be pinched to bad employees. anyone who has ever worked food service understands that restaurants can be expected to have a conversion rate of 6 months. that means that the entire staff, until management has not even changed, not even twice, not even three times, but six times since the last person said that this load sucking that is said, fear not, urbanspoon years. Bad jj experience. we are from the moines area where we have several jj’s. we have no problems until we visited the lavista store on 3-13-11. 2 of my daughters were next door in the hampton with their softball team. on Sunday afternoon we had a short time between the games and the majority of the teams (9 girls and 5 more adults) wanted a fast, late lunch in jj. my older daughter (not a Sb player) had jj in the night before and therefore wanted to go to the other near restaurant a burger king. they and I drove through the ride there and brought our eating back to jj once we sat, a young...read more

This is the best jimmy john’s! they always know what I command! they have the best service for eating and customers! yes to great personal!

12040 McDermott is the worst location in the Omaha area. I'm a big fan of Jimmy John's but the location on 12040 McDermott is the worst. The lettuce is usually brown and slimy. They regularly mess up orders. I work nearby and we've started driving over to the location on Q, just because this location is so horrible.
