I love coffee bean but they had one rude cashier who really made our experience bad.

This coffee bean never ever has what I want, i tried calling the store because this is the only location that is close by, they never answered so I decide to make the drive, and sure enough I’m sitting in the drive thru and ofc they don’t have my first choice, but I prepared my self to order my back up drink just in case and guess what they don’t have it either so I’m like shoot ok ima get my third choice and they didn’t have it either!!!! I was like ok at this point I didn’t want to keep people waiting in the drive thru so I order whatever drink they are promoting which was the minty matcha ice blended.Whoever is in charge of ordering and doing the inventory needs to get it together because it’s seriously annoying! Shout out to the drive thru workers who are always so embarrassed to tell me they don’t have my drink, i want you guys to know it’s not your fault.

Young crowd, fast, and the coffee was really good. Lots of kids studying... Only complaint is, wish it was a little cleaner. But that's being picky. It was a really nice visit.
