Very very very bad surface and very bad customer treat people so weird my order take 45

I was just here at around 1:35 am on Feburary 28th and the man who made my oreo shake delivered upon to me the most well crafted and artisanal shake I have ever seen in my life. I can feel the dedication and passion for the art of Shakes oozing from every molecule. 100 gold stars to whoever was working tonight.

I cannot recall the last time, if I ever given a 1 star before. This one is warranted. The team at this local Jack and the box seems to not know how to work thier POS. I have for many years been able to request a special order of a tortilla, egg and cheese as it is a lower price than the expensive meat lovers burrito. I don 't eat those meats in the burrito so I to pay near 7.00 for a simple order is insane. I always go to other locations and get the order I requested above foe approximately $2.50. This is reasonable for what I get. Never have I had a cashier on the drive through say no we can 't do that and then have thier manager say the same thing. I 'm thinking maybe they aren 't aware of how to properly ring simple requests. Maybe that 's it. But it was interesting after they state He says we can 't do that I said ok. Then they don 't ask if I want anything else just a sorry. I wait 2 cars so they can depart and as I pull through I see them hiding from the window. I was disappointed in the service for sure. I am going to go to another location and get this same order with no problems closer to my house. They will even offer to ask if I want something else and I might just take them up on it. Sorry, just super disappointing that a leadership team doesn 't know how to take care of its customers when it does nothing to the bottom line. You have a button for each thing and it rings it appropriately. Off my rant. Hopefully they figure it out. I won 't be back to this location.

Just got this sourdough jack which is supposed to have bacon and tomato. But what I got was a beef patty and cheese squirted with ketchup and mayo. If I pay for a whole burger I'd expect to get the whole burger.

This place is bad we ordered the number 2 and when we drove off and went home they forgot my fries that was supposed to come with the number 2 I would recommend not coming there again because they mess up the orders and when I came back there we waited over 5 mins to get the fries it's ridiculous I'm not going to that place
