Restaurant bewertenNice place and atomic sphere. Pages were nice, but the meat warns very well for a place called Biferia . Oversalted, not the best cooking technique. Good food, but wouldn't go back.
We came to an empty restaurant and we were not allowed to sit at a comfortable table just because this table would sit 6 people. We complained to the shift manager who was not interested. We waited an hour for our food and went without eating our lunch because we can't spend the whole afternoon in a restaurant. Very inefficient staff and no business and service skills here. Great Sangria and amazing black pudding. The food must be great, but we just have to taste the ducks.
Right in the Commercial area of Bogota is La Biferia, a small but very busy steak and wine restaurant worth a visit. Good, fresh, high quality local beef served by very friendly staff. Wine list dominated by Chilian and Argentinean wine but some old world wines there as well. Highly recommended.
Food was very good...I had a “bife de chorizo”/thick meat cut...lived it...the joint offers some good wine options and you can sit in or outside...I recommend it.
I was a little surprised that we ended up in a mall for dinner but once the food arrived I understood why. Although I would have preferred local fare, this restaurant serves very good quality beef cuts. All of the cuts we had at our table were very well prepared and looked authentically Argentinian. The chimichurri was a little bland but the meat more than made up for it. Also had a very decent provoleta as an appetizer I'd definitely return for another dinner!
