Super Street Tacos - La Crosse

Fantastic variation of taco toppings and cannot get enough of the queso smothered fries!!

This one was hard- we love the food from super street, but for the second time in a row now the customer service has been poor. We call to order takeout, in part so that more money stays with the vendor rather than going to third-party app companies. We called, were put on hold, stayed on hold for ten minutes, called again and no answer. Went to order in person, saw there was one person in line, one groip at a table and one order ready for a delivery driver. When I told the young woman behind the counter we had tried to call and were left on hold indefinitely (and subsequently unable to get through) she told me “oh, yeah, we have permission to do that. We’ve been getting a lot of orders.” I told her this was the second time in about a month this had happened to us, and both times we came to order and wait in person. At this point I was told “oh, yeah, that’s okay.” I got an apology when I felt the need to say “it’s actually not-it’s not okay.” I said my piece- we love their food and want to support businesses in our neighborhood, but this is some of the most appalling customer service I’ve ever had. I hope they make a change, because tonight made me question whether people who treat regular customers this way deserve them in the first place.

Food gave me food poisoning I do not recommend very long wait

Excellent fresh food. No carnitas but shrimp is good. Great service and easy access for dine in or take out.
