Ozgoods Neighborhood Grill - KUTZTOWN

My daughter got a side of Makkaroni cheese placed in a dish placed on her plate. She went to get the dish to move it from her plate, so she could eat her main meal and make her fingers to the point of a blister. The waitress never once said a warning about the temperature of the plate. I sent a message to Ozgood’s and received a reply that it is an oven baked Mac and cheese, and they “usually try” to make sure everyone knows that hot dishes when you get in. That's not acceptable. Just because some oven is baked, that certainly does not mean that cartridges expect to be served the burning hot plate directly from the oven... without any kind of warning at all. Extremely disappointed by our service and our response.

Our waitress was outstanding and the atmosphere was pleasant. The appetizers were good, yet when it came to the main entree, it left alot to be desired. The Crab melt on pretzel bun was very runny. And the cheese tasted like powder was in it. This is mysecond time eating at this establishment, had an issue with a main entree my first time. Just thought it was a fluke becausepeople just raved about Osgood. Thought I would give you guys a second chance. I can honestly say there will not be a third.

This is the perfect place to go in day time as well as night. All the food.is FANTASTIC. Fries crispy golden brown, cucumber salad is incredible. Go to this place, service is phenomenal and youll love it all. Now on our top 5 places to eat

Ozgoods is Ozgreat! Amazing food. Fast and friendly service. Outdoor seating was perfect for October fall weather. I would have taken pictures of the amazing food but the food was so good we ate it in a flash! Not a single crumb was spared.
