Restaurant bewertenThis is by far worst service experience, employees look angry all the tym. The cashier (Marriette/ Kagelelo) literally help you as she is making one a favour. They had issue with oven, instead of letting us know they just gave us cold shoulder..it's just a terrible experience buying such a great product. I read the reviews and realized that this is embedded in the Debonnairs service. Seems like it wouldn't change any time soon.
You order they tell you 20 minutes, You get there after 30 minutes the order isn't ready and you still wait for another 30 minutes. The online orders consultants are not in synch with how busy the shop is weekends and month end. Otherwise the pizza is always well prepared
Terrible, ordered for particular time and Arrived to be told pizza was given to someone else. No compensation and only a another 15 minute wait
Always have a problem with delivery. They always have a problem with finding my house and when the one driver that knows where I stay is off duty I basically can't eat pizza. What a shame because I'm actually in love with your pizzas
Should actually give you a 0, was there about an hour ago, lady gave me attitude due to my address, while they were delivering at the packing-lot, she put me through to the call center manager, she asked for my name and number and told me they took my order, only to find out, it was just a wast of my airtime... Thank for nothing
