On earth, purely inspiring gastronomic journey with Sitka Restaurant. I love how they can open the doors of my imagination and constantly surprise me with their greatest creativity by listing just a few simple ingredients on their menu. I'm not proud to say that, but I finished my 7-course meal within 30 minutes. It was not my hunger that drove me to eat at such speed, but because with every spoon I feed, my tongue kept more and more ahead. Unlike other fine restaurants, Sitka does not try to scream into the world as exclusive and they do not have to – they are effortlessly divine and unforgettable for their unconventional approach to culinary art.

Love the food and the environment..huge collection of wines. Chicken dumplings and ramen I enjoyed the most...

The quality of food here was excellent! Love all the dishes we ordered and they have a pretty good wine list imo. Service was impeccable and attentive. Will certainly be back for more!

We booked a group of people for chef’s selected 6 courses. The floor manger cared well from the beginning. Even though there was misleading information during the booking, staffs dealt with it well. We all enjoyed the food and I would definitely come back to try different dishes.

A staple in Batai. Love their truffle fried rice and the yuba foie gras roll. Order the burrata if they have it!
