Restaurant bewertenAbsolutely not worth a visit. The food was good, but the staff was not attentive to the customers, and the place was filled with spiderwebs and everywhere you looked, large spiders were crawling very actively. The staff have definitely not cleaned by the radiator covers in ages. We had enormous spiders crawling right by our arms on the walls and on our seats. The staff did not notice us jump around and completely stop eating our food out of pure disgust. When asked for the bill, the waiter took ages to come to the table with the bill. Once the waiter came to the table, we confronted them with the issue, while the large spiders were crawling everywhere, and they simply ignored the issue, not even an apology was given. Such a lack of service is hard to find.
This is a great option for dinning in Krakow. Everything was cooked nicely, from entries to main dishes. Their in-house bread is fantastic. This time we went with beer and not wine. This was a mistake. Mainly because the menu seems to match better with wine than beer and also because the beer was just Ok and not very cold (this day we had temperature around 30 degrees Celsius, so cold beer was a must).
I usually visit this restaurant for dinner and they never disappoint. The decoration and atmosphere make you feel like you are in a more posh place but in reality that’s not the case and you can feel very comfortable. It is worth making a reservation earlier and checking out the latest menu online.
Usually busy, better to book a table in advance. Vegetarian and vegan meals are limited, nice wine selection and some cocktails, including Rossini. Coffee is fine, desserts and nice green risotto. Waiters are polite and service is quick.
Food was very good dishes were very interesting (squid tuna kimchi . I will come back to try more. The waiting time was a little bit long (the place was really not busy and we waited for more than 40 minutes . Also one of the waiters was saying some strange things (he said merry christmas when we were leaving... and it's June a little bit not sure what to expect.
