I had a nice lunch here with my 11-Jo son today.. he is happy, so Papa pn happy.. came at 12 a.m. before lunch.. not crowded so great place time to peaceful date with my son.. even had a bad experience Bcoz of bad internet coverage caused order payment system problem. but overall okla.. at least customer service can make for this bad experience. P/s: ice cream makea taste order. kene..
3 stars for the friendly and responsible manager. But not the staff. One of the staff have no good communication with customer. So dissapointing
Food was fine, but not up to standard I think compare to other Sushi King outlets. Unfortunately the service is outrageously poor. Extremely slow service, lack of social-interpersonal skill by staff. Only 2 staff to cater the whole dining/take away customer on Bonanza Day!! Are you kidding me?? Long que long waiting period outside the restaurant despite having empty tables, limited choices of sushi on kaiten belt; AND additional order cannot be fulfilled
Worst service. Arrived almost 9pm, be seated and we ordered through the tablet on the table. Wait for almost 1-hour, the staff came and asked is there any food that we have not received? None! We came hungry and ordered almost 20-plates of sushi available in their tablet bcs the sushi on conveyer belt only left with unappetizing looks and dull. They only give excuses and excuses. Totally not gonna come here again. I rather open my own sushi business laaa like thisss seriously for god sake! Kelantanese need more authentic sushi provided in town
