Restaurant bewertenThis is a highly popular family-run restaurant located just outside of London. Its bright and airy interior, along with its outdoor seating, gives it a diner-like vibe. Most dishes are priced under $12, and everything we've ordered has been served quickly and piping hot. The high turnover ensures that all food is consistently fresh. Their signature offerings include freshly baked desserts and a beloved Sunday brunch. I recommend arriving early to avoid the lines. They've been in business for 30 years, and I've never heard a negative word about this place.
Their butter tarts and cherry tarts are absolutely incredible!
The food is fantastic! The Sunday breakfast buffet is exceptional. The French toast was thick and delicious.
My boyfriend and I's favourite local diner! The food is good and comforting, and the prices are amazing. The homemade desserts are worth a try, too.
Breakfast Buffet (04/11/12 . A friend insisted that we drive out of London for their breakfast buffet. A little bit of a drive, and there was a small lineup to get in, but not much of an issue.<br/ <br/ The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs (you could also order any other type of egg from waitresses: sunny side up, poached, etc. , great bacon, large honking juicy sausages (not the dinky breakfast types! , waffles, pancakes, toast, 2 types of soup, a salad bar and lots of desserts (lemon meringue, some cake stuff, etc. . Large quantities of classic greasy breakfast foods! <br/ <br/ The quality was alright, it is a buffet, and I found the service pleasant. Came up to 13.something$, so not too expensive. Other in my group (of 6 ordered coffee and orange juice, at something along the lines of 2.50$.<br/ <br/ They also sold baked goods at the counter.<br/ <br/ All in all, I liked the place and would come back again.
