Restaurant bewertenThis place is absolutely excellent. It is difficult to find good quality food on the islands in general and visit up to rocks, we did not have so much luck finding good value, delicious savoured food. The owner and chef (not cook) is very proud of what he creates in the kitchen, and right. Its food is delicious, authentic and very good value. We went back three times and tried the fish and chips (Barracuda), chicken in black pepper, spaghetti Bolognese and tried the fresh packs for lunch. This restaurant is new, but 100% recommended. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
A great mix of Thai and Western dishes. We were there late so we met the manager and cook. It is a newer restaurant but they are both experienced in the industry, including Western restaurants. They were very nice and let us pick the songs.
Friendly place run by a welcoming family. We stopped in just for drinks and nibbles as it was so hot and had tasty spring rolls and washed them down with an ice cold beer and home made smoothie. Great value
We found this restaurant only on a third day of our stay in koh lanta. And it still happened accidentally as we wanted some early breakfast before our trip tp 4 islands and our hotel receptionist made an arrangement for us to get breakfast in this place at 7:30. There was only chef at that time and he made us some really nice and delicious scrambled eggs with some toasts and grilled tomatoes and too bad i didnt took the pic as it looked nicely and was also very delicious. And after the breakfast chef invited us to come in the evening. Boy I am glad we accepted that invite and came here for dinner today. The food was so tasty and so nicely presented on the plate, that we could feel like we are in a fine dine restaurant the only thing that was missing was tablecloths and silverware. We ate chicken sate which had amazing peanut sauce and chefs salad for starters. And for main dishes we ordered pork leg with 5 spices in brown sauce and stir fried chicken with oyster sauce. And some extra steamed rice. You can see the dishes in the pics. But i dont have enough words to describe that pork leg as the meat was so soft that it almost melts in your mouth as it tooks 5 hours for chef to prepare that dish from the very start. Dont worry i didnt had to wait that long :D but thats what he told me as he came to our table multiple times to ask about the meals or what we like and just recommend some things. The chicken was also very yummy as it had some japanese mushrooms, but i forgot the name already. The portions arent too big but the prices are according to the portions and when you taste the meal you feel like it could cost so much more. All in all i can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone as there is various options for both asian and european cuisines and all the things are delicious and served very nicely. I am sure i will still come to this restaurant as long as i will stay in ko lanta. Good luck for the chef with this new restaurant and his business and i am sure with time there will be many many many more customers in there if they will keep on doing what they are doing now.
Randomly picked this venue while on the way back to our resort after riding scooters down the island. Very nice surprise. Didn't realize they weren't open yet, but they offered us a table and got our early dinner going. Very good food and the owner was a very nice gentleman. Enjoyed talking with him and recommend stopping in for a bite while touring the island. Very authentic feel and vibe of Lanta
