Restaurant bewertenChicken nuggets were old. The fries were cold. Not much you can do to a Frosty. It was good.
Some of the people here are nice and stuff. But there's no reason at all to take nearly 30 minutes to get an order out. I work at Wendy's and this is hands down unacceptable.
Just stopped in and got an asiago chicken sandwich for lunch because usually it 's a delicious meal. About half way through my meal there were two small, black, hard plastic pieces in the sandwich that nearly broke my tooth. When I called the store the manager was very rude, refused to give me any information to contact corporate or his general manager and even hung up on me. Keep in mind, I am a polite person and I don 't want a refund and definitely dont want another sandwich. I just wanted them to check the kitchen area because somehow broken, black pastic pieces ended up in my meal. I would just go to the wendys on cedar bluff if I were you.
The staff was friendly and the service was fast. They offer indoor eating carryout, drive-thru and curbside pick-up.
Not sure if it 's the time i came through or what, but when i got my food my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock causing me to take it back. When I got there, Christian took one look in the bag and said well you ate half of it To which i pulled it out and showed him I took ONE bite and got back in my car to bring it back because its DISGUST and OLD and HARD. So he asks me if I have my receipt which I 'd forgotten in the car but the person who 'd helped me earlier was right there! I had to pull it up on my phone to prove I 'd bought it which Christian said he believed me, but he had no problem staring at my proof. Finally, Christian refunds my money, but not the state tax, because he 's not allowed to. I may have been stupid for trying to eat there, but I 'm not THAT stupid. I called corporate, but would warn the owner, this guy is bad for business.
