Restaurant bewertenMy order was completely messed up. I placed a mobile order, but they ended up throwing it away and told me I would need to get a refund. So, I decided to order something else, but they messed up all three drinks I had ordered. To make matters worse, some of the ingredients they used for the drinks were from Kroger. If I’m paying for Starbucks, I expect Starbucks ingredients, not Kroger. I will never be returning to this Starbucks location again.
Kailei is the sweetest, most kind, professional and thorough Team Leader this location has had, in my opinion! She always goes above and beyond for Starbucks customers. This job isn 't easy, even in a small kiosk type coffee shop like this one, but she tries very hard and especially when working alone! Dealing with the public isn 't always easy, especially post-Covid but if she makes a mistake, and we all do, she will happily correct it. Her knowledge of Starbucks menu items is second to none as is her kind personality! ?

This was my first time going and certainly my last. I placed a mobile order and got my drink 20 minutes after I placed it and 15 minutes after I arrived and asked for my order. The people who ordered after me got their order’s before me. When I politely asked for my drink to be made, the worker responded very defensively and unapologetically. Not only did they make me late for a very important event, but they were rude when I asked about it.
The new staff cannot make a drink if their lives depended on it
